Established in October 2006 by Ashwin Reynolds, the vision for Shine the Way 1065cc, was to establish a fully-fledged registered construction company.
Led by the founding member, who comes from a previously disadvantaged background, Shine The Way 1065cc has successfully offered a comprehensive range of construction services throughout South Africa. Shine The Way 1065cc is currently a 7GB, Accredited Asbestos Removal, B-BBEE Level 2 Company registered with the NHBRC. Having successfully completed various projects at the official residence and offices of Cape Town’s Premier, Shine The Way 1065cc is also veted by SAPS.
Based in the greater Western Cape Province, Shine the Way 1065cc has been successful in securing large project commissions, allowing the company to consolidate and expand its base operations throughout South Africa.
We provided full services within the construction industry. We have successfully completed a number of capital and maintenance projects in both the Public and Private Built Environment sectors. We are very comfortable working in the Heritage environment and as such have completed the Premier’s residence at Leeuwenhof in Cape Town. We are currently busy with Heritage projects which include Livingstone High School.

We continuously upgrade our hardware and software to the latest available standards to ensure that we operate at maximum efficiency. Our specialized software applications provide us with a responsive and efficient method of producing estimates, and assist with many other facets to streamline and expedite tasks. Our comprehensive library is kept up to date. This ensures that all our members have access to the latest technical and commercial data in respect of the property and construction industries. Staff training is addressed on an ongoing basis and comprises in-house workshops on technical, commercial and IT subjects.
